I can see this area is for newbies. My question is..What is the biggest concern a new person has when thinking about becoming a trader?

How much money can they make a month?
or
Can you really make a living from trading?

The same damned questions are asked every week. Sometimes they disguise it as "How much are you successful traders making?"

Who shall I give my money to? The guy who has a nice add and reputation, a couple of dvds that will give me the Holy Grail or PERHAPS TO SOMEONE who starts a thread and sooner or later will ask for my money?

you're the owner of "become a Day Trader" therefore you should know so why ask here or are you going to sell us something?

To the NEWBY - Keep your cash in your pocket. Loads of free advice and trading information can be found on this site - but you have to make the sustained effort to study. Or, you can be shark fodder.

- I didn't spot that he is a vendor, so it goes to show that even after all this time, it's necessary to keep oneself alert. :eek:

Absolutely agree with you - beware of sheep in wolves clothing. Go for the free advice until you have enough experience to evaluate a vendor's credibility and tactics.

Totally agree !!!! He created another thread yesterday asking similar questions and I gave pretty much the same response!!!!

Yep i think his question was something along the lines of - what advice can you give me so i can appear competent to newbies on my website?
 
First of all, I did not hide the fact I owned Become a Day Trader my friends. My link was taken off by the admin.
I was asking because I am looking for places to send my visitors to..like here.

#2)I do not SELL anything! My site profits by people clicking out toward other sites.

I send readers to sites I believe are good and let them do their own research. One of the places I refer is Adam Hewison's MarketClub which has a free blog and free trading course.

I was looking for people to come to my site and write a page listing their advice to new traders.

I do not care what you write as long as it is honest and well written.
