ftse demo account

hey guys,

does any know of any demo accounts where I can trade ftse 100 and dow shares?

Also... how did you guys make the transition from working full time to trading at home full time.... obv its a big step quitting your job to try something which might not work out?

I mean do you save 20k and think sod it im gonna trade instead?
