Any tips for identifying that the daily high or low has been reached?

I am learning to trade the emini es, and I get into a situation of losing when taking certain trades against daily highs or lows, because I can't read when its time for a reversal. Can anyone give any tips on knowing when the trend is exhausted and is about to reverse on a daily high or low. For example is there any indicators that are helpful and what to look for on those indicators.
