I have attached a word document (SAFE TRADING) showing what will look initially like a highly complex system of trading.
In fact it is not.
If you spend time looking at charts there are four elements that should notice.
First, is that before every move down there is a move up and vice versa.
Second, unless you are an expert in divergence, there is normally no notice of these false moves.
Third, there are support and resistance areas on the chart around which a fight between the buyers and the sellers has taken place. These areas can often be identified by correct use of indicators and therefore can be avoided.
Fourth there are trendlines and these are always drawn over bear candles and under bull candles ignoring spikes. They are drawn using earlier fulcrums/turning points in the chart as starting points.
I've attached a further word document (MORE OF THE SAME) to illustrate in a simpler manner how these safe trades are achieved.
Regards.
