You can't control the credit crunch.

Ask yourself what you can control and work on that.

Treat looking for work as a business itself.

Plan out your day and the positive steps you will be taking each day - broken down into lots of little simple postive tasks that you can easily tick off.

At 5 pm it's time for play and patting yourself on the back for the progress you have made today.
