wanting to know more about the stock market

hi!, My name is Mike, I am from the Philippines. I've always dreamed of becoming a stock broker, but just didnt know to get started or how to become one. I'm a college degree holder but my college education is way out of the financial world. I'm now 50 years old and the best i can do right now is to encourage my children to know more about money market investments so they'll know how they can make money work for them, instead of what i'm doing right now of working for money which is quite taxing.

i hope this site can help me attain more knowledge about the financial markets. after all i do believe that nothings ever too late to learn.
