UK stock trading for non-residents?

Hello everybody!
I've been looking through different UK stockbrokers to find out if they allow non-residents (Ukrainian in my case) to use their brokerage service. Unfortunately those ones I've tried are strictly for UK residents.

Has anyone got an idea if there's such a brokerage or non-residents are disallowed to open a UK share dealing accounts in principle?
