I have currently been working as an executioner for a large systematic hedge fund for nearly 3 years and am looking to move to prop trading if possible. Does anyone know how feasible this is without a track record? I am specifically thinking of the London job market. I'm not from/in the UK and I am not familiar with the job market there. I currently execute bond, equity index and commodity futures as well as FX spot.
