concept fx

Hello all. I have joined today really to find out about concept fx. Have recently received an email from them. The site looks good. I have tryed some spread betting of the indices (dow and FTSE) and have consistently lost. I'm certainly no expert and have been spread betting through a broker for 1yr now. This concept system looks interesting. Has anybody really tryed it? I did ring the company and asked for a weeks trial free - they declined and suggested that they take a "long term view" so i would need to purchase for a year.
Has any one any thoughts? I would most appreciate some comments.
