Can anyone provide the web addresses where one can download decent copies of the above, whether free or paid for? What I'm looking for are programmes that one can use off-line and preferably with fibonacci pivots included in the calculator.

This site has a PP calculator that I use to use but I don't think it includes fibs:

I also have an MT4 EA autopivot calculater that I could dig out if you're interested.

1. Depends on what trading journals you're after. You could try:
Futures & Options Trader Magazine: Welcome
currencytrader.com
Automated Trader - Algorithmic Trading Magazine

2. For pivot points & fib, try using www.NinjaTrader.com 's free sys dev platform. You can download and store price data and use it offline. It has built in pivot point and fib calculators. You could probably combine them together to make a single indicator if you needed too.
