reversal points

I am new here and this is my first post.
I come across a term reversal points
(revising Broom Hilda system)
Could you please advise what it is?

Yeh, it's to do with the snitzen shwing dip vwapen principle. Now, broom ding heeda heeda, needs to be fully in place before anything else, but, shwatzen dong velda hiema negates anything over twelve...so you can see the dilemma.

Basically, if you drop your wip tip helden hiemas and multiply it by the French gdp, you're in the ball park.
