Tradindex

This is my first post on this site, greetings to all and what a useful resouce
Just wanted a little advice on Spreadbetting firms. I have just started trading real cash with Tradindex following a period of virtual trading on their demo account (which i found very easy to use and an excellent training tool). Was wondering if any of you have had any experience with this firm and whether there are any issues I should be aware of..

The reason I ask is because I have suffered a few problems with access to their website at critical moments since i started real cash betting. Calling the helpdesk and being client serviced by what sounded like a fifteen year old boy with a speech impdiment was also slightly disconcerting.. Am I being too cautious?

Move your money to IG Index. I am surprised you haven't had problems enough to put you off trading with them in their demo. They suspend trading when it gets volatile so you can't take profits. Fulfilment can be very slow, too.

IG Index might look more complicated and have wider spreads but what is the point in tight spreads and a simple interface if you can't get filled at the right price?

Oh, and if you are new to trading, don't try scalping with a SB company. It's a sure way to lose all your money.
