Hi All,

Has anyone had any dealings,good or bad,with Morgan Soloman.

They are selling Nevada Northern Gold shares,are these real or is it a scam?.

Gratefull for any advice.

-They are based in Frankfurt.
- I can't find them on the FSA register.
- I had a look at an investors forum and the general tone was "Complete con artists"
- The name seems like a parody on 'Morgan Stanley'. Have you ever seen the film 'Boiler Room'? 'JT Marlin'?

I've never dealt with this firm though - only quoting what I've seen. Do some research I would say.

Scam, the clue is all in the name, too flashy and meant to 'impress' people.

Stay well clear or your money will be stolen. Better yet, play with them, tell them you're rich (just sold some property) and say you're good for $25k to $50k of initial investment. Then when you get all the details of their bank accounts report them to the bank in question and the FBI.

when they don't get any money that you promised them they'll threaten to sue etc, tell them that's ok as you now know they to be scam artists and scammers don't usually sue.

Just had some near dealings with Morgan Soloman myself.A salesman by the name of Joseph Clementine rang me just over a week ago offering to arange a holding of 5000 shares in co called 'Hunt Gold'. Paperwork comes through for me to send a wire transfer of a little over $5000 to a 'broker' called Global Network Fiduciary, anybody any thoughts on this.

If you don't know ... don't be stupid enough to give them your money.

Very smooth talking salesman offered the above! please could you confirm if this is a scam? The correspondance address for GNF LLC is 4695 Mac Arthur Court ,11th Floor, Newport Beach, CA 92660, U S A. Registered Address; 112 North Curry Street ,Carson City, NV 89703, USA

Google it Whitehall. But they didnt have an answer. My rules:

if its too good to be true it is too good.
if it involves brokers and its suspect ... run don't walk in the other direction.
never trust a letter from Nigeria.
