getting started

Had a crack on the paddypowertrader demo account all day at work and managed to make 1k trading in the indices. Just wondering if anybody actually does it for real and what there relative success/failure has been? From my experience its all too good to be true.....

sorry, didn't read much in to your response. What would you reccommend i use to get started then, i want to get stuck in but with relatively small amounts to test the water basically. more of a hobby than a serious past time at the minute. Is there a problem using the paddypowertrader format?? A colleague reccommended it to me as he has made a few quid off it and thought i should give it a go.

Ok, I'll explain. Your original and first ever post sounded like subterfuge marketing. T2W gets about 5 a week with some new amazing strategy that is just the author coming along pretending to be a newbie to rip off beginner traders. It just adds up to spam.

If you genuinely want to trade, then read the traderpedia (linked above) and see watch what the experienced forum members do trade-wise. T2W is a fantastic forum.
