When a company has news, i believe they have to release this first to the lse. But who do lse then release too? I normally get my uk quoted company news from investegate. Does LSE sell it to them or are they part of LSE...how about AFX-what role they play and reuters?
I am reseraching into some US companies at the moment, not sure how i can obtain news (not articles) from somewhere reliable like investegate for uk companies. I just seach on google and some news sites like factiva, times, and come up with loads of other seaches...all i want is the official news releases....which site can i go to for free? Thanks for your help.
The news obtained from the companies' site itself is not fully available..most only go up to about one year.
