to work in a hedge found...

I have an impossible question....what is the 'iter' to follow for work in an hedge found firm?how can i apply for...?thanks

Get to know a market inside out and develop your edge along with, if necessary, a good solid contact base of people in the same sector. Make a reputation for yourself and get 10 years experience in your chosen markets getting your hands dirty and hopefully making a little money.
There are other ways these days with people that know not very much getting into the funds but those on the whole do not last long .

Lots of relevant quantitative education and a sharp mind; followed by the help of a good headhunter.
