hello fellow traders.

i've read some threads focusing on my questions but i need some inspiring stories here.

i read here that a reason why people fail is that they have "unrealistic expectations". ok, *maybe* my expectations are unrealistic but i imagine it's possible (impossible is nothing) to "get very rich quick" by trading. i don't say it's probable, but it's possible, right? i vow to accept hard-work, stress, high leverage and ultimate defeat/bankruptcy as long as there's a chance to get very rich, quickly. i mean, trade 10 years of time of my life for money and then retire. so i'm looking for role-models, heroes...

jesse livermore, i am really fan of this guy, but he was wiped out several times and in the end he failed. it's a sad story.

george soros, not really a freelancer trader but his fortune and story is... inspiring

i don't know any star trader, trader hero, trader millionaire/billionaire. can anyone share some sucess cases?

thank you in advance.

saltwater.

oh, i forgot this guy

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jimmy_Wales

the founder of wikipedia,

From 1994-2000, Wales served as research director at Chicago Options Associates, a futures and options trader in Chicago.[5] By "betting on interest rate and foreign-currency fluctuations" he had soon earned enough to "support himself and his wife for the rest of their lives", according to Daniel Pink of Wired Magazine.[8]

but once again he's not a freelancer and i don't know how accurate the information is.

Try "market wizards" or more recently "inside the house of money"
Plenty of these stories about and plenty of people in London/NY who you will never hear of who traded their way into a life of financial security. One thing to rememeber is that even when you reach your targets, you do not stop.
