hello could anybody tell me how profits are taxed?
for example if I sell a share and cash out £100 how will HMRC tax me and do I need to declare it to anybody in the uk?

Depends on so many things dude....if you are a uk,taxpayer then go to the hmrc site as LM suggests

There are 2 things certain in life .....death and taxes .....so assume you will pay tax at some point
