Beginner in USA interested in Micro/Futures

Hello,
I've been practice trading for the last 6 months on the MT4 platform (US30 and GER30) and would like to go live.

I'm interested in trading:
Indices - DJIA30
Micro lots
Would like to Hedge

Since I live in the USA, I don't have the option of spreadbetting or CFDs.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could trade the DJIA30, from what I understand my only option is an ETF.
