Do you think the Eurex and LSE would be the best exchange to trade stocks?

I'm researching markets outside of the U.S. in order to escape the PDT rule here in the states.
I can day trade other US products, but I think I should stick to stocks until I research it more.

BTW, I'm using Interactive Brokers.

By Eurex I assume you mean Euronext (France/Holland/Belgium) as Eurex is a derivatives exchange.

If you trade UK stocks you will have to pay stamp duty, unless you trade via CFDs. Also you may find that commission costs in Europe are not as competitive as in the US.
