Any suggested literature or training aids would be greatly appreciated. I understand the basics, but as you know that wont cut it...thanks

The best book I have ever bought is "Technical Analysis from A to Z", The second edition is out now.

It was like a dictionary of technical analysis. You have to buy this book if nothing else.
