Hi all, Another bolier scam is Upper East Side Trust Management, Mr Raymond Carlton called me saying they can give me $75000 if I pay $6000 to remove the restrictions on my holdings.

When I said it only usually takes $100 to remove the restriction he stumbled and said they needed a government backed agency to do this quickly hence the price.....large con/scam.

Anyway they are allegedly based at 211 E 70th Street, Manhattan. NY 10021
