Hi.

I just wondring about the patterns day law. You must have 25000 dollar or more to be a daytrader. But is it OK if is have like 20000 or less, and made one trade each day?

Just one. Is it okey or not?

As soon as you hit 4 trades in any 5 days you are classified as a day trader and must
maintain $25000 in your account. (US stock or etf)

I wonder why, and what will happend if I made 4 trades or more in 5 days, or less?
In my country we can trade as much as we want. We don't see the problem, and it isin't a problem neither.

If your broker is local broker means same country broker which you belong then there is no problem but if broker is of other country then you will have to follow rules.
