Hi just a quick question that im sure everyone will know except myself. Can someone explain why Baltimore went from 8p to 2500p in a matter of days, and what are the implications of someone having that stock on paper. I believed they were delisting , so have the small investors been kicked out. Can someone explain this kind of scenario in full. many thanks

In two words 'share consolidation'

For every 125 old shares you got 1 new share. I don't know what the minimum shareholding has to be but it would have to be at least 125 or above

The reason companies do this is to get rid of lots of small shareholders who are costly to service. Think of the company reports and dividends etc they no longer have to send out.
