how to create a "take profit" sound alert for mt4

Does anyone know how to do this? I'm used to trading with oanda with but decided to try a demo with another broker. Oanda used to do a sound whenever a trade was closed, is there a way to set this up with the mt4 terminal?

I have been using the alert feature, but it's annoying to have to modify each time I make a trade. So, if there's anyway I could get it set-up to make a sound automatically on t/p that would be great.

you can set up an ea to monitor the trades and balance. There's probably one available if you google for it.

I also would like to know how do I have a sound play when take profit is hit.

(I already have a sound file that I would like to use.)
