US Earnings Releasement

Hi People

I spread bet Uk individual stocks, mostly on the back of earnings releasments.
The majority of stocks release their earnings by 7am,so ensuring you can get in position before the markets open and these results are easily accessible on the London Stock Exchnge website.

I have started looking at doing the same with US Stocks due to large gapping
at opening hours of trading and the extremely large stocks that are traded
on the NYSE and NASDAQ.
Trouble is ;
1) I dont know (if there even is one) the approximate time that results are released in the US
2) Where I can get all of the days releases in one place.

I have had a look on both exchanges' website, but i can't seem to come across what I'm looking for!

The exchanges have nothing to do with earnings release process, as the companies make their own timing decisions, so you won't find anything on those sites. Some companies report in the morning before the bell (but not at any one specific time), while others report after the market close. Check the likes of Yahoo Finance. They might have earnings release calendars.

I guess I'll have to check each of the selected companies individually before the bell. Thank you very much!
