i have been with john thomas mad hedge fund trader since late november, realized that he talks and writes very well, but as a trading site he is full of promises.
actually makes some awfull trade suggestions .i have asked for a refund,he is happy to look at it if i can show him my trades that i took under his directions, this is not possible since i did not take his trades until he proved himself,so no refund!$2000.00
I cannot recommend him at all there are far better /honest sites out there.
but if you do give him a try, insist on a money back for any reason,he will not do this because in my view he will have to issue a lot of refunds.

Ah, "the old money back if you took all my trades scam"

That normally always means it's impossible to get your money back from these sorts of shysters.

And who'd have thought that he's 'full of promises' but very light on results, unless people want tax-losses that is.

I think there was a thread about this guy from a few months back, many of said be careful of these kinds of people because basically most of them are full of ****, although as the OP said they talk a good game.

Is there any industry on earth that has more conmen, thieves, shysters, spivs, lowlifes, liars, jackals, bums and and chancers than the trading and investment world? The more I read and hear I don't think so.

No there isn't, the industry is built on dishonesty and deceit.

One has to be very careful of contacts with these people, before you know it you will be investigated for illegal immigration/traffiking of Afghan child prostitutes.

Isn't everything? If there was no-one to buy, no-one would sell.
Last time I looked on the high street, I'm pretty sure I was being ripped off. :p

To be fair, the need to demonstrate trades during the trial period was expressly stated. This didn't need to be live trades but could've been from a demo account.

Not all business these days is built on trickery and dishonesty. Take John Lewis as a great example.

Their prices might not be the lowest but if you deal with them you WILL get a fair deal with probably the best customer service (for a large chain) in the UK and maybe even in the world. So it can be done, but it's hard work.

Plenty of local shops and businesses as well that take a lot of pride in their services, products and customers.

Isn't that just inflated price but with good customer service?
That's just the same as ripping people off but with a smile.

WTF are you lot dribbling about. We start off with exposing a throbber called john thomas and now you want to discuss the consumer rights of the wider UK?
