Tibra's ongoing case

given Tibra's court case is it safe to work for Tibra ?

What is the worst that could happen ?

Afterall...i understand theres around 260 people working for Tibra around the world...what will happen to them ? If....say.... Tibra got the short end of the straw and lost the case (erm...ofcourse by accident....sorry, i hope this is not a sensitive or offensive question / scenario)

It would not be prudent of me to post any particulars of the case, suffice it to say that Optiver's allegations have no basis in fact, and we are confident the outcome of the case will reflect this.

So, yes it is safe to work for Tibra! Put it this way - the risk of some of our competitors going out of business should be of more concern to you if you are looking for a job in this industry

thank you... i totally understand ....i suppose its one of those things where we really need to just wait and see rather than second guessing......but still, its not something that can be ignored....?!

I'm not asking you to ignore it, just realise that there is only one side of the story in the public domain - that being Optiver's allegations. To put it succinctly: we did not steal their system, and that will become abundantly clear during the proceedings.

I wish it were legal to place bets on the outcome of court cases!
