Steps required to start a high-freq. algorithmic trading business

Hello All,

I wish to learn what are the required steps toward running a small algorithmic (high frequency) trading business / hedge fund

If there is available guide that covers all aspects* I would very much appreciate if you could refer me to it.

As we are not familiar enough with the trading we will of course need a high frequency trading pro. with us;
