I am brand new here and brand new to any kind of trading...
I have some money which is just sitting in a bank account not giving any return..
My initially idea was to buy gold as I am hoping it will rise in value at least until the end of the year, and at least give me something back to combat inflation… so i started looking on the internet how I should do this... However, I am still confused of what is the best way..???
I have also considered opening a SB account, however realise now it is not going to fulfil my need to invest in Gold..
I have read through some of your FAQ's, looked on the internet posting general questions and looked briefly at some SB online sites.. but from everything that I have done so far.. I realise... I have a lot more reading to do before I'm going to be anything close to a competent trader..
From one side I am interested to play the markets (and learn) in one form or another ie open an SB or CFD account, but also I would like to put some money into gold or some other type of longer term investment (ie 6 months to 2 years) so hopefully i will get a return on its increase in value...
Can someone please give me some initial direction/guidance of what are my best options here, and possibly some recommendations of what sites I should consider for opening accounts..?
Forgive me if I am asking something that is already explained somewhere on your site.. but I am finding things difficult to take in and understand, and for the moment adequately educate myself…
