I can't call options xpress or fax them my details

I want to join optionsxpress.eu

I tried calling there number and faxing them, it does work

I live in the UK, I'm just wondering is there a dialing code, I need to get through to them.

I used the chat window and it works but they don't seem to know how to help me.

The Europe number doesn't work, the US one works.

If you want to fax them something don't do it through Europe. If you want to call them don't do it through Europe.

Use the Amercian one

I wish they had a better system
