I placed my first trade with Finspreads on 28/07/04. I opened/brought sept Dow at 50pence a point. On the first day it stalled but by the second day it went up with a profit of £16, not bad I thought for my first trade and at only 50p.This was on Fri and as I am partial to the odd drink on a Fri night I did not check my charts until Sat.
I have read a bit about Japanese candles and as the to previous candles I saw were spinning top and a hanging man I decided to close the bet first thing Mon morning.So the moment Finspreads opened I went to close to realise a profit but found the market had already moved and ended up losing £10 !! How is this possible if the market opens at 7am and how can I avoid this from happening again?
