New to trading

I am new to trading. I have just done a course in Forex in day trading but would like to trade Indices, shares and commodities as a position trader. How do I go about ding that?

Hi Felix,

Welcome Aboard. I'd suggest you worked with Demo Accts first before diving into the real one. As much as possible choose a no dealing desk broker. You can try the demo acct with my current broker, LucrorFx, New Zealand brokerage, in MT4. Its risk free for 30 days. So that you will be able to test your strategies. Experience is invaluable.

I recommend you do not spend any money for books and courses. Everything you need is available online. Better to spend you money to open a real account and trade micro lots. Five things you have to study before you trade:

(1) Proper order placement. Most brokerages offer a a course online.
(2) Risk and money management
(3) Risk and money management
(4) Risk and money management
(5) Risk and money management

Every teacher knows that different people have different learning styles. Your statement is unwise.
