Hi guys
I'm in the process of trying to put my trading plan together (still in the very early stages!!). I intend to position/swing trade, holding a position for no longer than a few weeks maximum.
I intend to use eod data to view my charts.
Initially, I intended to use Nasdaq listed instruments due to the volatility of these, however, this EOD data will only become available after midnight (I think thats right??), this therefore will force me to trade instruments on the UK markets, as I would do like to do my research/analysis in the evenings.
My question is :- are there any UK shares which are as volatile as Nasdaq stock? or alternatively how are other people using US EOD data, ie early mornings / late nights?
Please forgive me if this is a foolish question. !!!
thanks
TB

Hi
The Barrel

I too EOD trade the Nasdaq and there are many free sites that are delayed by only 15 minutes, e.g.

www.prohet.net
www.stockcharts.com
www.bigcharts.com

So soon after 9pm UK time you can access charts withup to date data.

Hope this helps
Pitbull

p.s. dont think there are any UK stocks in the Ftse100 or 250 that are as volatile as Nasdaq.
