well, i heard for juniors the salary is really low. i said 55k today and the guy looked at me funny and said "you didn't scare me" but i dont have a good feeling about it. if i am too expensive they will just stop the whole interview process...
dont know salary for grads - but it will be nowhere near 60k. most entry level brokers get around 40k in listed derivatives, but can be as low as 20k for fx
bgc dont pay any salary to experienced brokers. its commission only. you bring your book of business, they provide the facilities, they take a cut, the rest you keep.
some earn mils. like trading - a lot of also rans, a few superstars.
