I would like to know if anybody can recommend a good online trading site for a beginner. There seems to be a huge choice out there. I will be trading in UK stocks and shares.

i can recommend http://www.trade2win.co.uk , but id be careful of what Goober says



what do you want from the "good online trading site" ? recommendations? or strategies? or something else.

onewaybet.com is good too but u have to pay an annual subscription

What I meant was to get peoples' opinions and experiences of online services they are using for their everyday trading. I've looked at some sites such as deal4free.com and others.

Bio, there is a reviews section on this site, it is generally pretty accurate, as all the "bogus" reviews are removed and all the "gnarly" ones are kept. ie, no spam reviews are allowed to remain.
