Wasn't he in Eastenders?
chrisw you dummy-commanderco is from Argentina;you cannot possibly expect Argentinians to watch something like EastEnders when thry themselves have similar type of soap operas - if not better?

I sincerely hope they have something better than Eastenders. How can you get worse?!

Er...Coronation Street?...Big Brother?...Documentaries where the background music is so loud that you cannot hear what the narrator is saying?..(God forbid) Watching England losing to the Germans...or (ha!ha!ha!) the Argentinians? Yes, it can get so much worse! :(

I thought commanderco was a Kiwi?

Not sure how Eastenders compares to Bro Town?

Sorry, back on topic, not read it, no....

Argie soaps are good, mexicano are better and brasileño are best. It is the inverted ratio to the amount of clothing that the girls wear.
However when it comes to the morning show canal 9 in BA cannot be beaten. It is pretty much what you would expect to see after 10pm in England.
Today, however the entire country stops to watch the home boys thrash the Holandés.
The build up in the streets of BA has began already even though the match is still 6 hours away.

I'm not a big football fan but I read somewhere yours is the last team Sven wants to come up against...?

We are almost level in the betting now with the Brasileños. As always, the wild card will be latino temperament in all the coming matches.
Got the All Blacks in town this week for the game on Saturday. Los Pumas are feeling pumped after beating Wales, but I think that we can fix that for them.
I will be wearing my AB jersey and Los Pumas cap to the match. should cause quite a stir.

I have a soft spot for the cloggies having lived there for quite some time, many years ago. But I suspect you are right. Based on recent performance they are likely to get stuffed.

Should be a good match. I already have a half-case of Evian on ice...

...and No. Never heard of the book let alone read it. Going on the title alone it sounds like one to miss.

Bram,
What can I say. Half-case of Evian on ice!!!
Clearly you are a man who looks danger in the face and likes to live dangerously.
No doubt you trade Fx without stops as a form of mental release after your Evian.

Oddly enough the locals here are not large vino consumers. Many are take it or leave it ( mainly the latter)
They are hanging from the rafters already, it is the natural way of life here, learnt at their mothers knee and from what I have seen, alcohol only slows them down.
The stadiums here take 120,000 people.
That is, 50,000 seated, 50,000 standing and 20,000 hanging from the fence.

Support the Flatlanders.....!!

They also gave us all of these and much much more.....

Bergkamp, Stroopwaffels, Dutch Ovens, gedoogbeleid, windmills and tulips, Nieuwe haring met uitjes, Chocolade hagel or vlokken, rijsttafel, Ajax ....

"God made the world, but the Dutch made Holland."

It's actually a pretty good e-book, at least if you are an S&P day trader (maybe with some swing elements as well). I know the author a bit. He's a good guy.

I also want the book but too expensive--------------I wil wait till the price drop or I get a second-hand
e-copy if there is such a thing.
