Just got my copy from Amazon (pub 2010, £8.54 to your door, otherwise £14.99 at bookshops).

Excellent read if you're a swing trader and hold with the psycho aspects of trading. Recommended. Belay that, it's a good read for any trader!

What type of insights does it give? Could you elaborate?

Haven't got time to review in detail - only skim read so far - but you can see sample pages on Amazon here http://www.amazon.co.uk/Trading-Ins...dp/0273735411/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=

He's heavily into the point when you're trading successfully & perhaps have established your edge (he has some pointers here), and believe you can improve with "mind over matter" techniques. All about training to reinforce subconscious reactions etc. Makes good case for swing trading. Fx day traders could be disappointed.

I suspect that people who don't like Van Tharp (he wrote the preface) or believe the psycho stuff is a load of b@lls may not like it. But hey! you need to know what the opposition is up to.
