comparing uk and us stocks

Hi guys, can anyone help, i am looking to compare some uk and us shares on a like for like basis, I use ADVFN to filter data and give me,
MCAP, SPREAD, DEBT/PRE TAX PROFIT, PROFIT PS, 3YR C/GROWTH, PE, HIGH(Y)%, DIV PS GR.

I am trying to compare this data to us stocks but am having trouble finding comparables ?
any help would be great.

You could try bloomberg or so and compare them manually? (If this is what you mean).
