Default ONLY for Scalpers
Given the animosity towards scalping in this forum I propose that scalpers list some info to show the degree of their success.

Inform the rest of the forum of:
- Instruments traded (stocks/futures/currency)
- Trades per day (RT)
- Average time per position
- Average points earned
- Average Success rate
- Approx capital
- Average return per day/month/year
- Years of experience using this daytrading strategy
- % of commission & spread paid in relation to revenues


Please refrain from posting if you are not a scalper and willing to contribute to this questionnaire. If you still have the urge to comment, start a new thread linking it to this one

2: 4-6 traders pr day
3:Average pr trade 11-22tick(2-4 contracts)
4:70-80% hit rate
5:50 000 usd +
6:Averages-->
Daily range : 350-700 usd
Weekly range : 1500-2000 usd
Montly range : 6000-8000 usd
Yearly range : 66000- 88000 (Constant 2-4 contracts)

7: 3 years, method have evolved with time.
8: Profits stated are included commissions, if they where not baked in the percentage would
be around 6% of profits.

Many of the traders on this board are scalping, if you look through the threads you will find some very profitable scalpers.

Yes, I scalp Forex. Eur/Usd.

Don't enjoy long trades. Prefer to wait long until the time is right.
