I work all day (US Mountain Standard Time) and on my days off I day-trade the Russell 2000 mini. I would like to "day-trade" in the evenings on a regular basis. I have looked at the Euro Futures and the Euro/Dollar Forex (within my risk tolerance whereas the Yen is not)...but, I would like to expand the universe to other liquid futures that can move during the night (not ES on Globex). Any suggestions?....Stoxx 50 Futures? others?

Eurobund?
FTSE100?

They open when it is still night in your side, right?

I trade both the DAX and DJ EuroStoxx50 at night on occasion and I like both of these instruments. I find they provide decent liquidity for trading lighter position size (10 to 15 lots per trade is no problem). I find about the same type of trade set-ups with these two instruments that I find in most other US indexes that I trade. Watch these two instruments trade live for a few nights and see what you think.
