Hi guys. I trade the ES here in the Chicago -6 GMT. Starting next month I will not be available during the day. Does anyone know if I would be able to trade a European or Asian Index. during the evening hours here in chicago. Cant trade ES obviously because no volume at night. I am looking for something that trades similar to ES or YM, but not like the Russel and something that has similar leverage to ES ( 1 Car--1 point= 50 $$)
thanks in advance guys. Oh and I use Tradestation as a broker......:D

was gona say nikkei before i read you use tradestation, they dont have it unless you trade the cme future which is pritty ****. trade forex on the asian session and london opening

Euro fx and BP futures are better to be traded at night. they have enough volume.

Lots of scalping opportunities in Forex during the asian session if thats your style. The volume is just enough for some nice trades, but not so great that you get run over by a fast moving market. I think it's the most peaceful time to trade, but not quite as exciting.

thanks wacky pete. I have been thinking about 4 x. I currently trade the es with a target of 1-2 points (50-100 $ USD) per contract. I only trade 8:30 am to 10:30 am chicago time (-6GMT). And i love the fast charts of the high volume morning fast trading style. so u think 4 x is similar to the pace of the open and closeof ES??
thanks!!!

I am not sure if your broker -tradestation have it. But KOSPI200 futures would be the most liquid market in Asian time zone.
