What time of day do you trade?

What times of the day do you usually trade and why?

1. All day long, 9:30 am- 4:00 pm
2. In the morning and afternoon: roughly 9:30-11:30 am and 1:30-4:00 pm
3. In the morning only: roughly 9:30 to 11:30 am
4. In the afternoon only: roughly 1:30 to 4:00pm
5. other (please specify)

edit: of course if you trade forex, pick other and tell us why =)

12:00 to 14:30 and 16:30 to 18:00

What's so special about the time between 16:30 and 18:00?

9am to 2pm (or however long it is before the last trade takes to close)
10pm-11pm (setting up orders to catch overnight movement)

if a market is open and i have the time, day or night, ill shoot at it if it looks like a duck
