How different is between US equities trading and LSE

I am interest in daytrading the LSE, I have day trading experience from US market. But would appreciate if anyone could help me point out the differents in term of the lvl2/order/ecn entry to US market. does it have specialist like NYSE or it's 100% electronic like nasdaq...etc. Any related info would be great help, thanks.

Not really I'm afraid (maybe someone else reading this knows one???) . IMHO it's worth waiting for the book to arrive as you're less likely to lose money if you've read it first.
