i have now zero day trades left. i dont have 25000dollars. what if i buy 10 SPY, but sell 9 SPY the same day?
in that case will be my account suspended for 90 days ?

Your broker might be doing you a favor by suspending your account. You can use that time to figure out what you are doing.
