As a non-dom UK resident I have been advised to trade futures through a non UK based broker in order to keep my structure as much outside UK as possible. I intend to trade a diversified futures strategy incl. approx. 30 markets acoss all asset classes. End of day trading only.

My problem is that as a UK resident you must have a UK client agreement with Interactive Brokers. Intial info from MF Global indicates similar situation. SAXO seems expensive. Berkley Bahamas would work but I would prefer an European alternative. Would anyone have a suggestion - any input is much appreciated.

Try trading GNI MAN through Investors Europe for good rates and that should take care of your other problem too..

HI OCtane, I was wondering whether you had found any solution to your situation, as I have exactly the same issue ? Thanks
