has anyone used the "S&P Stock Data Service" from NAIC

Has anyone used the "S&P Stock Data Service" from NAIC (www.betterinvesting.org)?

Using this service, can one download data into flat files for upload to other applications, like MetaStock?

Does it provide fundamental data like PE, DY, PB, PS, etc?
