Hi,

Is there any difference in quotation for physical and financial trades? if yes, how much could be the variation

If it's the same product on the same exchange, the quote is the same; the motivation for the trade doesn't play a part in the pricing.
 
Yes, physical trade is spot. The variations can be large depending on many factors, location, supply/demand, credibility of buyer and more.
