hi the only think i do is the same oil short 40-50 per contract
but the charts and data i got is not fast any more so please !!!
how and where can i get a fastes online data or chart for crude oil

I have crude oil charts through IGIndex and Metatrader- both of them free and work fine.

Vinson Financials have US crude on their version of Metatrader (not all brokers do)

Symbol is CLZ8

i could do with some advice on day trading.

CLZ8 expired on 20th November - it's CLF9 now. Vinson are OK except they close early Friday evening - which messes the charting up for Monday morning. Try FXPro or Orionfs.com

Hi guys,

Trading oil futures is my preferred day-trading outlet, due to the obvious volatility and liquidity. Though I doubt any of you needed that pointed out! I'm keen to get involved in any such group - although I trade Brent Crude futures from the UK.

Suhaib, Because NYMEX Crude rolls over every month, it is as close to "spot" as you can get !

For a longer term view on oil look to the COT - this site presents nice cot index based on commercial positions. for shorter term trading this oil blog is updated daily and could also help. fyi cot index for commercials is now at extreme indicating higher prices.

Hedge fund riding the crude ?

i was wrong to sell the crude oil at $48. My CMC spreadbet account has emptied out because of it. Seems every time i use CMC spreadbet account for any trade it ends up with a huge loss...

has anybody experienced something similar ?

Doesn´t sound like a "scalp" to me. Sounds more like a "dream". :clap:

Would be interested to know more about this, why don´t you post more info here so it can be evaluated by some more experienced users.
