Ok...

Waiting for my next opportunity this afternoon.

Trade Executed

Long at $70.16...Stop at $69.96...Feel a bit uneasy with this one...but let's see what happens.

Trade Close

Out at $70.42

up 21 points Net. My indicators are through the roof leaving me very uneasy with this position hence the cut and run.

Up 41 on the day so far.

ouch...

out WAY TO EARLY....Need to beef up my balls BIG TIME...Missed my opportunity up to $70 as well because I was involved in other things.

trade executed

Short at 69.95...I am hoping a break of 69.80 will bring on some more downward price action.

Stopped out....

70.15....Damn...my winning streak had to be hit sooner or later....waiting for the next oppo

Anyone else out there trading this ???

Phew....

Doubled my position size and made my losses back...JUST ! Break even on the day. This oil is going nowhere very fast today..

Hey ceydababy, yeah also had a hit yesterday down 30 then caught a short ending 18 up. Opened a long now at 65.69, stochs not looking too positive though so might be out soon.

Antilla, I found a message in my inbox this morning regarding the oil exchange in the Middle East, it's the Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME) that the shiny new oil futures are based... so it seems it's out of Bushes reach for now. Not sure what happened to Iran's exchange then... wierd as they are planning on launching one. Been in the workings for ages.
Anyway, just thought I'd mention that as my last posting said it was based in Iran when infact this specific one is based in Dubai.

All best everyone! Keep trading!

ceyda, here's an article talking about the Brent/WTI "out of wackness" I mentioned earlier.
http://www.marketwatch.com/news/sto...33-6CB3-4E0C-BBF9-C941D9B7D9BB}&dist=hplatest

Here's a brief breakdown of the article:
WTI could be undervalued.
Brent price is the WTI+freight costs.
Stock analysts of oil companies could be estimating revenues too low.
... and it's a pretty good article so read it ;)

Enjoy!

Thanks for the article...V Interesting....Got a trade out today...Got long at 70.35 this afternoon, only to STUPIDLY close out at 70.60 netting only 20 points...Do not ask why the hell I came out of this trade....I'll chalk it down to inexperience !! Still made profit today just not as much as I would have liked.
